All Kanopi Product orders placed on KanopibyArmstrong.com are processed within 1 to 3 business days* after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*For customers domiciled in the United States, excluding weekends and United States (and applicable state) holidays; and for customers domiciled in Canada, excluding weekends, United States (and applicable state) holidays and Canadian (and applicable provincial) holidays.

Shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Shipping is free on qualifying orders equaling $1,250.00 (USD) or more before tax.* All product samples ship free, regardless of total order value, and regardless of whether you are domiciled in the United States or Canada. You will see this discounted during the checkout process. Note: Some products and locations are excluded from free shipping.

Premium delivery options

Have your materials delivered to the most convenient spot for your project.

Main Entrance Premium Delivery will have your materials delivered inside of a main entrance. Available for both commercial and residential projects, we require a review of building codes before confirming main entrance delivery. Please note some exclusions apply. Main Entrance delivery does not include delivering materials to a specific floor or room, nor does it include any installation services or removal of packaging materials.

Room of Choice Premium Delivery service requires a clear path from the entrance of your building or home to your room of choice. Room of Choice Premium Delivery is subject to reasonable access, we ask that measurements are taken to ensure the product can be placed in your room of choice without damaging any property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery crew. Limitations for room of choice delivery include, but are not limited to, high-rise building codes. We require a review of building codes and measurements before confirming room of choice delivery. Please note some exclusions apply. Room of Choice Premium Delivery does not include any installation services or removal of packaging materials.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Kanopi. If the order is being delivered via Kanopi’s small parcel carrier (FedEx) or LTL (less than truckload) carrier (Old Dominion), your email will include a tracking number you can use to check delivery progress.

Some Kanopi orders are fulfilled locally using our large network of building material distributors. If your order is being delivered by one of our distribution partners, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. You will likely also receive a phone call to schedule your delivery window with the delivery partner.

All estimated delivery time frames are clearly stated on the product detail page for the item you ordered. Our most popular products are typically delivered within 5 business days, while other items have a lead time up to 10 days, 2-4 weeks, or 4-6 weeks.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
