I. What is a cookie?
A “cookie” is a string of information that our Digital Platform stores on a user’s computer, and that the user’s browser provides to the Digital Platform each time the user submits a query to the Digital Platform. The purpose of a cookie is to support the functionality of our Digital Platform, for example by keeping track of your visual preferences or controlling the frequency of “pop-up” windows, and identifying the user as a unique user of the Digital Platform.

II. Why do we use cookies?
We engage third-parties, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Pinterest and LinkedIn, to serve ads to you about our products and services as you browse the Internet. These third-party providers may use their own cookies tags to track your online activities and purchases in order to deliver targeted advertising based on your interests. We may also use cookies to customize your experience on our Digital Platform to your interests, to ensure that you do not repeatedly see content or informational messages that may be of no interest to you, to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Digital Platform, and to improve the performance and usefulness of our Digital Platform.

III. Other Tracking Technologies
We and others may use a variety of technologies to collect information about your device and use of our Digital Platform. The technologies used are listed below.

Cookies – Cookies are small data files that are sent from a website’s server and are stored on your device’s hard drive either for only the duration of your visit ("session cookies") or for a fixed period ("persistent cookies"). Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server. We use cookies to understand user preferences, navigation, locations, and for targeted advertisements.

Web Beacons – Web beacons are small, transparent images that are embedded in web pages, applications, and emails that are sometimes called “clear gifs," “single pixel gifs", "page tags" or “web bugs." We use web beacons to track the web pages you visit, to test the effectiveness of our marketing, and to find out if an email has been opened and acted on.

Javascript – Javascript are code snippets embedded in various parts of websites and applications that facilitate a variety of operations including accelerating the refresh speed of certain functionality or monitoring usage of various online components.

Entity Tags -- Entity Tags are HTTP code mechanisms that allow portions of websites to be stored or “cached" within your browser and validates these caches when the website is opened, accelerating website performance since the web server does not need to send a full response if the content has not changed.

HTML5 Local Storage – HTML5 local storage allows data from websites to be stored or “cached" within your browser to store and retrieve data in HTML5 pages when the website is revisited.

Chat Feature - When you interact with our Chat feature, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number and order number. Any other personal information you provide is at your own discretion and not required for your use of the site or our services. We may combine the information we collect from you with other personal information we have about you as described in this Privacy Policy. Any information combined with personal information will be treated as Personal Information. We maintain transcripts of chats and other written communications.

Session-Replay Technologies - We may use third party services that employ software code to record users’ interactions in a manner that allows us to watch DVR-like replays of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, and keystrokes/key touches during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability problems and identify areas for improvement. You can learn more about Microsoft Clarity by reading its privacy statement.

Google Analytics - We also use Google Analytics and Google Analytics Advertising Features, to assist us in better understanding our Digital Platform visitors and serve more relevant advertisements. Google uses first party cookies, identifiers for mobile devices, or similar technology to collect usage data. Based on this information, Google compiles data about Digital Platform traffic and interactions, which we use to offer better user experiences, perform analytics, analyze traffic, personalize content, and offer ads that match your interest. You can learn more about how Google Analytics collects and uses information from our Digital Platform at: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. Visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/ to get the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You can also opt out of advertising cookies using the Google Ad Settings.

We may use these technical methods to analyze the traffic patterns on our Digital Platform, such as the frequency with which users visit various parts of the Digital Platform. These technical methods may involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to another party authorized by us to collect information on our behalf. We also may use these technical methods in HTML emails that we send to determine whether the recipients have opened those emails and/or clicked on links in those emails. The information from use of these technical methods may be collected in a form that is personally identifiable.

IV. What choices do you have?
You may opt out of such selling or sharing of Personal Information by clicking the “Customize” button on our cookie consent pop up by clicking the “Do not Sell or Share my Personal Information” link here. You can also use the Global Privacy Control, which provides an opt-out preference signal.

If you would prefer not to receive cookies, you may be able to alter your browser’s configuration to refuse cookies. These settings are usually found in the ‘options’ or ‘preferences’ menu of your browser. You should use the ‘Help’ option in your internet browser to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. Please note that you may not be able to receive certain services on our Digital Platform if you refuse a cookie.
