Project turned out great thanks to the great product you provided.
Good Product - Inaccurate Shipment
The product meets our needs exactly as we thought it would. However, the shipment was extremely excessive to what our needs are and we truly don't need all that we purchased. This purchased as based on guidance from one of your representatives. I will now have to return - or attempt to return - product we truly never needed.

As I mentioned on the phone, your installation was not a standard installation and did not require all of the components required for a standard 4' on center main beam installation.
